This video was truly D.I.Y. from the start…
Organic to its core, from its filming and editing to its coloring. Stefen did an amazing job and we wouldn’t have it any other way!
Over time people have asked us “why make a video for Stand Alone when you have other singles you could have released, songs like Without You or Falling”?
While those songs are just as important to us, we felt it was more important to share the strength of Stand Alone’s message with everyone.
The song “Stand Alone” is about embracing who you are no matter what society might think. Black, White, Gay, Straight, Short or Tall. Stand Alone is about finding your own way, and embracing that self-confident fire that your insecurities have been suppressing deep inside you for so long.
Every now and again people need a reminder or just a simple wake up call to be themselves, hopefully the lyrics to Stand Alone will help you find your way.
